Reorganisations are sometimes inevitable. Decreasing turnover and profits, markets that are experiencing significant change, takeovers and mergers. Qualitative and quantitative excess of employees and large groups of employees who need to leave the organisation quickly. In situations where a great deal of stress, uncertainty and emotion are involved mistakes are made very easily.

Vitrum has extensive experience in managing top-down-managed organisations, where employees have to leave the organisation. We assess the risks and map out opportunities, we draw up a reorganisation plan and put together a reorganisation budget. In addition, we actively involve the unions and the staff council and ensure that the reorganisation is successful, within the periods specified. In part due to its own recruitment and selection experience Vitrum is able to offer support for outsourcing, setting up and managing mobility centres, managing geographical mobility, developing departure structures and managing "work-to-work".

In the event of reorganisations, often employees and managers leave the organisation who would have preferred to retain. In order to reduce the negative effects of this undesired departure, Vitrum provides interim-managers or interim staff.
