The Vitrum Change Approach

Organisational changes do not, as they once did, form the exception to the rule. A manager is involved, on a daily basis, with managing normal operations, and on the other with initiating, managing and implementing changes. Modern managers are much better equipped for managing changes compared to ten years ago. In addition, employees also have more experience with changes and have even played an active part. Nonetheless, many organisations need support during changes. The "current business versus change" combination proves to be difficult. Sometimes the change is so complex and comprehensive that a kind of programme management is required or a change approach is needed that is "other than different".

Vitrum has extensive experience in designing, managing and implementing organisational changes. Characteristic of the Vitrum change approach is that we determine jointly with you a tight and results-oriented project approach and plan for the changes. Through this approach all those involved know what is going to happen and you retain full leadership of the change project.

Vitrum is capable of carrying out complex changes in a comprehensive way. Attention is thereby given to communication, drawing up business cases and consulting requests, designing new company procedures and integrating essential IT. We stand for our approach, which is proven by the many interim management assignments we have fulfilled in order to guarantee the implementation of changes.
