Vitrum's HRM organisation analysis model

Vitrum not only supports you in setting out a future-oriented HRM strategy and in achieving your HRM aims, but also in developing HRM professionals. An HRM strategy ought to be drawn up and carried out by competent HRM advisers. HRM advisers who are accepted by management as advisers and partners in business.

Vitrum can assess your HRM advisers and determine where the needs for development lie. Following on from this development assessment we draw up a competency profile that forms the basis of a competency development approach consisting of training courses, workshops and on-the-job coaching. In addition, we make use of the possibilities offered by the internet or intranet. HRM professionals can thus make their knowledge, experience and best practices available to colleagues and ask questions to each other.

In developing HRM professionals, the organisation in which they have to work is important. Vitrum has therefore developed an HRM organisation Analysis Model which is used to investigate the HRM organisation. Based on this analysis Vitrum formulates improvement proposals in the areas of structuring, management, work processes and 'image marketing' of the HRM organisation.
