An HRM strategy ought to be drawn up and carried out by competent HRM advisers. HRM advisers who are accepted by management as advisers and partners in business.
Vitrum can assess your HRM advisers and determine where the needs for development lie. Following on from this development assessment we draw up a competency profile that forms the basis of a competency development approach consisting of training courses, workshops and on-the-job coaching. In addition, we make use of the possibilities offered by the internet or intranet. HRM professionals can thus make their knowledge, experience and best practices available to colleagues and ask questions to each other.
