History

Vitrum was founded in 1999 by Mr. Nico van Dijk as Vitrum HR Services. After a few successful projects had been concluded, the company started to grow quickly. In 2002 a close collaboration with Mooijman Management Consulting of Mr. Eric Mooijman commenced.

This collaboration finally resulted in a merger of both companies in 2003, after which the joint activities were continued under the name of Vitrum HRM Consulting.
